Saunas are native to Finland. For many centuries, Finns have been using hot stones to eliminate the toxins from their bodies. The technique using a sequence of HOT-COLD-REST will leave your body totally relaxed. After a sauna session, dive into the stream, the baths or the cascades to close the pores of your skin, increase your cardiovascular activity and to stimulate your senses. Repeat the sequence three or four times to really feel the benefits of the sauna.
In addition to the saunas, the Spa Nordic Station also proposes massage sessions (by reservation), on a chair or on a table, in a closed room or in the outdoors. You can also take advantage of the new sunny terraces, the Californian whirlpool baths, the hammam (eucalyptus Turkish steam bath) or the Nordic cascade.
