The parc national du Mont-Orford is a majestic four-season, outdoor destination. In winter, this park offers numerous trails, for the great pleasure of skiers and snowboarders, since it is one of the largest ski resorts in Quebec. It also offers cross-country skiing, winter hiking, or snowshoeing trails. In summer, golf enthusiasts come to this park to play their favourite sport. The park also offers an aerial challenge course with hanging bridges, tyroleans and a climbing wall for the reckless. Take advantage of the hiking trails, the observation viewpoints at the summit of the mountain, the lake in which you can swim or canoe.
You can also take advantage of the campgrounds and of the new “Ready-to-Camp” service offered by the Sépaq. In summer as well as in winter, the interpret guides of the Sépaq are available to answer all your questions, or to guide you during an interpretation hike. You can also walk along the self-guided trails, along which interpretation panels will teach you more about the flora and fauna of the park. The parc national du Mont-Orford is the ideal place for a family getaway!
The park is located approximatly 35 km at west Sherbrooke.
