Lambton

In Lambton, you will find buildings which were declared heritage sites, such as the church that looks like a cathedral and its presbytery. Also stop at the Domaine du Bison, which houses a 200-beast herd. You will be able to visit the various pasture enclosures and walk among the buffaloes with a guide. You will also get the chance to buy different buffalo by-products like meat (frozen, cut, vacuum-packed and inspected by provincial or federal representatives), jewellery made of buffalo horns and bones, buffalo fur, stuffed buffalo heads and more. Located not far from lac Saint-François, which is a magnificent 30 square mile lake, the parc Frontenac will allow you to observe more than 44 bird species and more than 25 mammal species. You will be able to practice all kinds of water activities and go cycling and hiking. It is also possible to go camping by the lake.
