The Lac en Fête Région de Mégantic is now in its 8th edition. Taking place in the O.T.J. park alongside Lake Mégantic in the heart of an incredible nature, the Lac en Fête is a great event with shows of renowned artists from the Quebec scene, fireworks and much more! With an incredible view on Mount Mégantic and its breathtaking landscapes, it is the perfect site to have a private night with your favourite artists.
From the start, the Lac en Fête Région de Mégantic hosted the greatest current names on Quebec’s cultural scene. Paul Piché, Kevin Parent, Marie-Mai, Les Cowboys Fringants, Marie-Chantal Toupin, Martin Deschamps, Laurence Jalbert, Éric Lapointe, Kaïn, Robert Charlebois, Jonas, Les Trois Accords, Les Vulgaires Machins, Les Porn Flakes and Mes Aïeux have all performed on the Lac en Fête’s Desjardins stage.
This popular event is the most important one in MRC du Granit. The Lac en Fête offers a wide range of activities including:
Fireworks and entertainment for all the family, the 10 km and 1 km sprint of Traversée Internationale du lac Mégantic, a Beach Party with chansonniers, contest, entertainment and a beach volleyball tournament. Also, an inflatable game park, face painting, the fabulous PJC circus as well as a varied musical programme of all styles!
