The large window allows you to see the cheese makers at work, preparing curd cheese or putting the final touch to the delicious cheddar. The pride of this cheese factory is without any doubt their curd cheese, which is the tastiest of the region and even of the province. One will not be surprised to learn that their poutine is the best in Canada!
At our sales counters, you will find fresh Quebec and imported cheeses, as well as a variety of cheddar cheeses with their own unique flavour. We pack our bags of fresh curd cheese in front of your eyes, whether it is regular or flavoured cheddar. We can also prepare the gift of your dreams by creating a basket with regional tastes and flavours. For your parties, receptions and other events, we prepare cheese platters worthy of our distinguished clientele!
