The Comptonales have at heart the promotion of local agricultural food products. We wish to highlight the producers and artists of the region by holding different activities where people can enjoy taste and culture. The event, open to the general plublic will entice the gourmet palate and is a platform for epicurean delights. Eight destinations in all will host samplings by producers and artists who will take you on a stroll of a beautiful country side to discover its charm, warmth and fascinating historical sites, Thousands of visitors from everywhere come to meet producers and artists. Bring your family, friends and camera to enjoy the abundance this region has to offer. Venues include:
Animations, Orchard visits, Cheese factory, Bakery, Garden of medicinal plants, Gardens of maraichers and much more. We welcome you to come and enjoy the high quality products the Comptonales directly cultivate.
Furthermore, participate in the «On the spot, picture contest», and share in real time your own vision of the event by using our downloading stations!

September 23, 2011: Opening show at the Pavilion of Arts and Culture Coaticook. Special guest: Marie-Josée Lord
September 24 and 25, 2011 : La Virée Gourmande
October 2, 2011: Feast of Thanksgiving
December 3-4 and 10-11, 2011: Les Marché de Noël d'antan of the Comptonales.
Rates
All activities are free for La Virée Gourmande. If you want to taste some products, tasting coupons are available at a cost of $ 1.
* 5 free coupons for children of 2 to 14 years.
Tickets for the Feast of Thanksgiving: $ 85 per person and $ 640 for a table of eight people.
