Cowansville (East Farnham)

Cowansville is the most important municipality of the MRC of Brome-Missisquoi. If you want to discover ancient residences, ride along the heritage circuit, as well as the rue Principale and Sweetsburg old neighbourhood with your bicycle, car or carriage with a guide. On William, Principale and Church streets, the numerous 100 year-old trees, such as the Norway spruces, will impress you. In summer, classical music lovers and festivities enthusiasts will be enchanted by the pavillion in the parc Davignon, which welcomes wind ensembles from everywhere in Quebec. The Festival Musique en vue, which takes place along the Yamaska River, also attracts a lot of people. In winter, the famous Santa Claus parade and its many cars will please the entire family.
