Among the main attractions of the city are the old station, the Centre d’Art de Richmond, located in the old Saint-Patrice convent and the Centre d’interprétation de l’ardoise, which houses a collection of artefacts made of slate. You will find tools and equipments used to work slate in the local quarries, as well as documents related to the beginning of the slate industry in the region. Also visit the Musée de l’auto ancienne where you will be able to admire completely restored ancient cars. In August, the Festival de l’auto ancienne also attracts a lot of old car lovers.
