
This flour and saw mill was erected in 1888 and was completely renovated in 2003. The Bernier mill is a 19th-century rural life interpretation centre and a museum institution. In summer, the mill offers a temporary exhibition in the area of visual arts. You can also visit two permanent exhibitions. “Meuniers d'antan” will make you discover millstone process through the centuries, while “Chemise Perfection Inc” is about the local clothing industry. Visitors can also grind their own flour using ancestral techniques. Group visits can only be made by reservation. School program available to the first three cycles of primary school.
