A Great Variety of Activities
The Granit area is surrounded by magnificent mountains, lakes, and hills. In this recreational area, visitors can do many outdoor activities, like hiking, biking, water sports, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hunting and fishing.
Two national parks await you in this area. Both offer visitors a chance to learn more about the region in their interpretation centers. Take a look at the breathtaking view of the landscape. In addition to all the activities offered, you can also play golf on one of the many courses found in the region, or spend some good time at the sugar shack.
