A Wordly-Known Tourist Region
The Granby-and-region area, just like most of the other areas of the Eastern Townships region, was first inhabited by Loyalists, and then by Francophones and Irish. Nowadays, this area has a great reputation for its recreotourism activities and its very interesting family activities.
Granby-and-region is an internationally renowned area for its four-season holiday centre and it is also a must for outdoor lovers with its golf courses, biking and hiking paths, and horseback riding paths.
