Located on a promontory near the Cushing Falls - unserviced falls that can be visited with the owner’s approval - Dixville houses the remnants of an old sawmill and a dam of the hydroelectric power plant. Several churches can also be visited, like the Adventist Church, the Baptist Church, the St. Cuthbert Anglican Church, the Saint-Mathieu Catholic Church and the St. Paul Church.
