This museum was founded in 1964 to celebrate Coaticook's hundredth anniversary. Two years later, it was moved into the Château Arthur-Osmore-Norton, which is a historic house with an impressive architecture. The museum presents permanent exhibitions of a Victorian living room, dining room, and master's bedroom dating back to the same epoch. Several thematic exhibitions are presented during the year. The museum also invites visitors to take part in very interesting educational activities.
